Outcome : To Find Out Our Leadership Quality.
Oasis is non-governmental organisation it is mainly for the develpment of youth .Oasis movement is creating a oppurtunity for the youths take the right choice .and this opportunity for those right persons. they contacted our program officers and discussed about their programme pattern.
Selection of 5 young leaders is mainly based on 3 steps.
1-Essay writing , 2- GD and Non residential camp, 3-Field work.
1 st stage winners : JESNA SHABNAM E M , RISWANA P S , SHABEENA P U , SOSHNA ,ALTHAF, ASWATHY REJI.
2 nd stage winners : JESNA SHABNAM E M , SOSHNA , ASWATHY REJI
They are selected as Winners.
